DYS Sound System Request Form

Davis Productions & Yamhill Studios had a vision to provide quality sound reinforcement equipment for a diverse number of groups and setups at a significantly lower price than other sound companies.  This vision has resulted in the "DYS" Sound System and Team.  The whole system itself prices at about $20,000, therefore the staff who run it have to be meticulously trained and qualified in order to provide a quality service for its diverse customer base using such high-end audio equipment. Please realize, we do our utmost to provide "YOU" our customers with a  lower cost, quality sound system for each event.


The cost is a flat *rate of $350.00 for the complete sound system per day, plus $10 per hour for our sound engineer.  We request you pay in advance unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  You will also be required to sign a contract of liability for any damage the system sustains during your event. Because of this lower cost we require (2) two weeks notice before your event. If you do not give us (2) two weeks notice before your event, the $10 per hour fee doubles. There is NO charge for system set-up or break-down, nor any other hidden charges.

    *Large System  (wireless/ handheld mic(s), mike stands, 18" subwoofers, two elevated 15" mains, large power amps, 12-24ch board, and monitors)
            (this sound system is usually used for a larger events)

    *Small System  (wireless/ handheld mic(s), mike stands, two 12" elevated speakers, 12ch board, and amps.
            (this sound system is usually used for a smaller events)

     

  • Additional setup needs (e.g. recorded music, musician's, stage, lights, risers, other), or special equipment that we will have to retain.?
       (additional cost's will be determined in advance, and can be paid at day of event)

         * Within 50 miles of Portland, Oregon, also additional travel and expenses  charged for over 50 miles and over-night stays when required.
